Tami West has written two books and an audio series and currently travels around the world delivering training and keynote speeches. Her primary topics are stress, emotion, women's issues, and life balance.
In her career, Tami has trained and spoken at Fortune 500 companies, major universities, national healthcare providers, government agencies, and national trade associations. Her distinguished client sheet includes SC Johnson, KPMG, the City of New York, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and Quest Diagnostics.
About Tami: Tami began her career with a Bachelor's degree in biology and spent the next ten years working in hospitals, physician's offices, and research labs. In 1999 she obtained her Master's degree in education. In 2005 Tami left teaching to write her first book Life Without the Monsters to help women dealing with worry, fear, stress, and anxiety.
